 Tässä artikkelissa aminitaan myös kelch-perheen proteiinit ohimennen. Työ koskee POZ-domeenia ja sinkkkisormia. Kyse on C2H2- tyyppisistä  sinkkisormista, joka on hyvin suuri ryhmä  Zf- perheissä. Näissä  sinkkisormirakenteen tehtävä on estää  kiinnittymistä DNA:han.
